Basic Life Support

Lynch Ambulance employs State-certified and Orange County EMS-Accredited Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT’s) to provide medically supervised transport services for those who do not require a 911 response. Our EMTs are capable of providing basic emergency medical aid and transportation to emergency departments as well as providing all types of inter-facility transfers between medical facilities or home destinations.

Lynch’s EMTs are well-trained to use the latest technology in patient care and documentation, and focus on providing a high level of customer service. Our partners at hospitals and other medical care facilities trust our personnel to provide excellent care for their patients, knowing that our EMTs are among the most highly skilled, caring, and efficient in the region.


Advanced Life Support

We provide 24 hour Critical Care Transport (CCT) services with experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Respiratory Care Practitioners (RCP).  We provide consistent on time service with an estimated arrival time of usually within 1 hour of your call.

  • All of our CCT staff is certified in ACLS and PALS, have several years of clinical critical care experience, and are friendly and professional.
  • Our RTs carry portable ventilators with BiPap and CPAP capabilities. Our RNs can manage multiple IV lines and pumps and carry an onboard ALS drug box.
  • Our equipment includes Cardiac Monitors, Automated Blood Pressure and Pulse Oximetry, External Pacing and Defibrillation.

Lynch Ambulance is currently the only ambulance provider authorized by the Orange County Emergency Medical System to provide ALS transport services between medical facilities in the County utilizing highly trained and qualified paramedics under a pilot program.  Lynch was selected to provide these services, along with data to the County EMS Medical Director, because our training standards and in-ambulance technology and communications systems meet rigorous standards set by the EMS Director.



As a leader in medical transportation in Southern California we take pride in offering a full range of services for our patients and clients. To that end, we are pleased to offer transport services for bariatric patients. Our medical transport personnel undergo training for both the unique needs that these patients have and the specialized equipment required for optimal patient comfort. Our bariatric units are spacious and the gurneys are extremely safe and specifically designed for accommodating larger patients. Lynch Ambulance has the ability to accommodate wheelchair van transports as well. We maintain the same high level of professionalism and attention to patient and customer care in our wheelchair operations that we do in our ambulance operations.


Pediatric Specialty

Lynch Ambulance has been honored to serve the pediatric patients, and the pediatric medical community as the contracted transport provider for Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) –recognized as one of the top pediatric medical centers in the nation. Every year Lynch Ambulance transports over 2,700 neonatal, infant, and adolescent children in their most critical time of need. Parents can rest assured when their children are transported by Lynch personnel in our state-of-the-art vehicles that they are getting the very best care. We are very proud to partner with CHOC and continue that service for Southern California’s neediest pediatric patients.
